Group Riders is a community ran platform that allows you to create, share, and join group rides. No membership is required to join rides. You may create rides with the (free) Basic Membership, or as a Pro member! Creating a ride as a Pro member gives you more features and options when creating your ride!
Group Riders Pro has three options. You can do Monthly ($5), Season Pass ($25 for 6 months), or Annual ($45). The Subscription Auto-Renews, and can be cancelled, changed, or modified at any point. We utilize Stripe to process our payments to provide a secure payment environment.
Group Riders relies on rides created by our members. At this time we don't integrate with other platforms, so you'll only see rides posted by other users on Group Riders. We invite you to create a ride and share it with friends and other riders! We make sharing super easy, all you need to do is click the share icon on the ride page, and select how you want to share your ride!
Rides are monitored by our moderation team, we often have to suspend rides that don't follow our ride etiquette. If your ride was suspended, please contact us via our Help Center so we can work with you directly to come to a resolution.
Rides are monitored by our moderation team, we often have to suspend rides that don't follow our ride etiquette. Unfortunately we can not provide information about a suspended ride if you are not the creator. Should the ride become unsuspended, you will receive a follow up email.

If you wish to cancel your ride, please contact us via our Help Center and we can help you with the cancellation of your ride.
A Partner is a verified user or company that Group Riders has designated as a reliable ride host!
Currently we don't have an application process for Partner. We give the status to users that are notable and show they are reliable hosts.
